Trend forecasting is not only important for the fashion industry, but also for almost any consumer product industry. Let's delve into how this important aspect of product creation is done!

I would say that all of my jobs have impacted my direction in one way or another. Each one was a new opportunity and another step in the journey.

I think my focus on fashion came from wanting to create something that wasn't merely beautiful but also very useful. I liked the idea of designing to fill a need and also I liked having the limitations and parameters of a product.

I started Polychrome to help alleviate some of the common bottlenecks that I saw happening in the design rooms of every fashion brand I have ever worked for.

A facet of our Pacific Northwest trend, this microtrend takes its inspiration from blanket motifs and tribal patterns of the rugged Northwest coast.
